I bought the Premium version, but the program shows me the free version.
I bought the app, but it’s still showing as the Free version.
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the purchase to be confirmed by Google’s servers. Please make sure your device has an active internet connection during this time.
I have bought the Premium version, but the app suddenly switched to the free version.
This issue may occur if you have several Google accounts added to your device. Sometimes, after switching accounts in the Google Play app, the store may temporarily “forget” which account the purchase was made with.
Please make sure you’re using the correct app — “Google Play Store” (icon below) — as all upcoming steps refer to it.

You need to force Google Play to reload all data from Google’s servers in order to recognize your Premium version purchase. To do this, please follow these steps:
- Open your phone’s settings and find the Google Play Store app: Go to Settings → Apps (or App Management) → scroll down and find Google Play Store → tap on it.
- Go to “App Info” → then tap on “Storage” (on some devices, it may just be labeled “Storage & cache”).
- Tap the button “Clear cache”
- Tap the button “Clear data”
- Open the Google Play Store app again on your phone (it may take a few seconds to load, as Google Play will refresh its data from the server)
- Make sure you’re using the Google account that was used to purchase the Premium version (You can switch accounts by tapping your profile icon in the top right corner of the Play Store)
- Open our app again. The Premium version should now be recognized automatically.
⚠️ Please note!
The Premium version is linked to the Google account used for the purchase.
If you later switch to a different Google account in the Play Store, your purchases — including the Premium version of our app — will no longer be available.
Official instructions for clearing Google Play Store cache and data are available on Google’s support website.
